Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.

Tap a step to tick it off as you go.
You’ll see “Password Reset!” and go back to sign in. Sign in with your new password.
Check Junk/Spam, and make sure you typed your username correctly. If your email address isn’t on file, ask your supervisor or site director to reset your password for you.
There isn’t a “change password” button in your Profile. Sign out, then use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page — it works the same way.
