You sign in with your username and password — your username is not your email.

You’ll land on your home page. If the Portal asks you to choose a new password first, follow the “Change Your Password” steps on screen.
Check that you typed your username, not your email, and that Caps Lock is off. Still no luck? Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page, or ask your supervisor.
It’s usually your first initial plus your last name (Jane Doe → jdoe). If that doesn’t work, ask your supervisor or site director — they can look it up.
